New patients
Your first visit
About an hour. We start by listening.
You meet Dr. Kimbrough and a hygienist, and you go through what brings you in. We take X-rays only if the exam calls for them. Before any treatment you get a written estimate, and you take it home before you decide.
A talk about what brings you in
A cleaning when it is due, and an exam
A written estimate before treatment

Before, during and after
- 01
Step 1: Before you come
We check your dental benefits and call you with what we find. You fill in your health history on our private portal, never by email or in the contact form.
- 02
Step 2: At the visit
A talk, a cleaning if it is due, an exam, X-rays if needed. Dr. Kimbrough explains what she finds and what your options are.
- 03
Step 3: After the visit
You leave with the estimate and, if you had treatment, after-care steps in writing. If something feels wrong, call the office.
What to bring
Your insurance card, if you have one
We have already checked your benefits, but the card helps us file correctly.
A photo ID
To match your records.
A list of the medicines you take
You enter your health history on the portal; the list helps you do it.
The name of your last dentist
